How does Global PayConnect work?
Global PayConnect is a cloud-based payroll platform with an employer dashboard that enables you to receive a real-time overview of all your global payrolls being processed by Crowe.
While Global PayConnect is cloud-based, payroll processing can be complex and the complexity varies significantly by country. As a result, we track and review data at pre-determined stages to ensure accuracy and integration. Through the employer dashboard you will see these stages and can track our review progress throughout the process.

Using our secure, cloud-based payroll platform you provide the variable payroll data for your employees each month.
Once all data has been uploaded, Global Pay Connect securely shares the data with Crowe’s global payroll teams who process the data and produce standardized reports through Global PayConnect. These reports are reviewed by your Business Solutions team to ensure accuracy and then approved through Global PayConnect for payment.
New hire? No problem. Simply add the employee, upload their employment contract and they are on payroll right away.
Yes, Global PayConnect can be provisioned to integrate with your Human Resources Information System (HRIS) enabling seamless integration with your workflow processes. On an agreed date each month Global PayConnect will pull the data from your system and will automatically adjust payroll records for all changes.
