Why I became a Financial Planner?
After attending a career’s fair at university, the role of a financial adviser really appealed. Continually learning, building long-term relationships with clients, whilst helping plan for their futures and achieving their goals sounded very fulfilling, which it certainly has been.
Specialist areas of advice I find rewarding.
I hold specialist qualifications in Pensions, Investments, Protection, Taxation and Trusts. I have experience in all aspects of corporate and personal financial planning. Taking a holistic approach and using these aspects to create a sound financial plan is very rewarding.
What's important to me when delivering advice?
The more I know about a client the better I can help. Therefore, the most important aspect for me is that both parties commit the time to do a ‘proper’ comprehensive job, which ultimately provides the best outcome.
My favourite film.
Groundhog Day, 1993.
What matters to me most (in three words).
Family, Friends, Health.
What I enjoy most about my role.
Within my role as a Chartered Financial Planner I enjoy spending time with clients to gain a full understanding of their situation, requirements and future aspirations so that I can tailor financial planning strategies to meet their needs.
