Where you start in life should have no bearing on where you end up. Social class continues to be a huge barrier to entry and progression within the workplace and we need to ensure that no one is overlooked because of it. Having grown up in a social mobility cold spot I’m acutely aware of some of the factors that are holding back talented individuals and I’m excited to be involved in Crowe’s programme to address social mobility so that talent can prosper whatever your background.
