After you have made initial contact with us, we will arrange an introductory meeting. This is held at our cost and without obligation on either party to proceed.
We will send you a meeting confirmation and within this communication will include documents for your review with guidance notes provided as to what action is required from you.

The purpose of this meeting is to identify your financial goals and objectives whilst providing you the opportunity to ask any questions you might have. We will explain fully how our services work, along with our costs.
It is only through gaining a thorough understanding of your circumstances that we can provide our best advice to you.
About you

Your consultant will draft a personalised Strategy Letter which will play back what you are seeking from Crowe Financial Planning, how we can help and the costs to engage with us.
It is at this stage that you would confirm that you are happy to proceed and we would formulate our delivery to you within our ‘Letter of Engagement’ which will need to be signed before moving forward.

The gathering of relevant financial information is vital to provide a comprehensive picture of your circumstances.
Using this information, we will research the market to develop a tailored financial plan to meet your objectives and identify any areas that we feel need further development. The financial plan is put into a report to provide you with a clear understanding of our findings and recommended course of action.
Establishing/determining solutions

On completing the construction of your financial planning report, we will present this to you in writing (either in ‘hard copy’ or electronically, based upon your preference).
Our report will have specific and realistic recommendations designed to achieve your stated objectives over an agreed period of time. Your consultant will contact you to arrange a meeting to go through the advice presented and to agree the next steps.

With your authority to proceed, we will put your plan into action by assisting you with the necessary final steps to turn your plan into the finished article.
We will process all of the paperwork, liaising with providers as appropriate and ensure that the implementation runs smoothly. We will keep you informed as to the progress being made throughout.
Implementation

Our Client Support team will issue a confirmation letter to you to provide reassurance that everything has been completed as planned. This letter will include a transaction/valuation statement for ease of reference.
If you have selected to receive an ongoing service from us, we will also provide confirmation when your review meeting is scheduled.
Post implementation review

Naturally, your circumstances will change over time. We believe it is essential to review and adjust your financial plan accordingly to ensure you stay on track to meet your goals.
If you have selected our ongoing service, we will help review your financial plan to ensure it remains aligned with your objectives. We will provide an annual suitability confirmation letter to confirm that the plans put in place continue to be appropriate for you.
