Using tagging, they created user profiles based on site engagement, compared with similar prospects. Real-time updates ensured current profiles, with visitors surveyed to gauge switching likelihood, enhancing targeting accuracy.

In the initial four months, the system analyzed behavior profiles of 250,000 visitors using Journey Orchestration, seamlessly integrating the bank's AdTech with their website.
