Dave Turner fosters, maintains, and develops long term, mutually beneficial relationships with CTI's clients and industry leaders.
With three decades of experience in the industry, Dave Turner's successful track record as a corporate leader demonstrates the ability to maintain long term, mutually beneficial relationships with CTI's clients. Dave has a broad background as a consulting professional and senior-level executive on personal and organizational development, strategic planning, and change implementation at CTI.
Dave is an energetic and resourceful consultant whose coaching insight, guidance, and support enable his clients to consistently reach new levels of results. Dave's leadership philosophy supports high standards of honesty, diligence, and positivism. Furthermore, through his extensive work in the industry, he has a unique 360-degree perspective of what fosters success in strategic client partnerships.
His role encompasses fostering the Business Development team's success and matters relating to the company's growth and expansion. He graduated with Honors from McMaster University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. During his free time, Dave enjoys hockey, reading, and discovering new experiences.

From the moment we meet with you, our working discipline defines how we manage projects big or small. We collaborate and create a design plan that is aligned with results in mind.
A cross functional team of sales, design, project management, and field service team members ensure projects are well executed from the beginning through the lifetime of our relationship.
ORDER FULFILLMENT
We align with your team to set expectations and ensure project criteria are met. We share order information and explain order details to all stakeholders. This helps order accuracy to avoid mistakes at installation. We schedule project and site meetings to remain in sync with your needs, while offering insight to enable communication and collaboration amongst project stakeholders.
Order Refinement and Project Launch are two key aspects to this phase.We clarify specific items being ordered including specials and the impact to schedule and budget. CTI then advises on alternatives ifneeded. The Project Launch meeting is designed to align key project stakeholders with goals, project requirements and timelines. This is a critical step that clarifies expectations, roles and responsibilities, communication and decision making processes, terms and conditions and the success metrics of the project. This is where the order is confirmed.
PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION
CTI delivers projects on time and on budget with transparency at every step. We collectively determine how the project team will resolve issues related to delays and cost implications. We manage the overall schedule and required resources to complete the project and communicate progress on a continual basis. Installations are staged to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
CLOSEOUT
Once installed, we follow up on any punch list items to safeguard all products are installed properly and performing to standards. If additional parts or products are needed, we quickly order, deliver and install to minimize move in delays or employee interruptions. We also utilize customer satisfaction surveys to ensure success with both the project team and individual users.
We collaborate from the start to design a plan that is aligned to the results they want, delivering on budget and with transparency to the deliverable and timeframes expected.
