A STRATEGY FOR GROWTH
As a Group, we took time this year to set the course for future growth. The Dar Group 2025 strategy focuses on accelerating our leadership in mobility, aviation, healthcare, and high tech; investing in environmental services, energy transition, and water; and maintaining core growth in buildings and infrastructure. Our companies will be supported by a Group-wide sustainability focus and investment in digital innovation. We will apply this strategy regionally, to leverage synergy between our companies, maximize investment, and respond to local needs and opportunities.
A SUSTAINABLE AND INNOVATIVE FUTURE
Our recently formed Dar Group Sustainability Council brings together leading experts from across our companies to identify and scale internal best practices and client offerings—and we are already benefitting from their leadership. With their guidance, we signed on to the WGBC’s Net Zero Carbon Buildings Commitment and have embarked on a Group-wide ESG reporting framework.

The projects, initiatives, and talent featured in this report are a testament to our impact. Moving forward, we are in a strong position to join our clients, partners, and communities in designing and engineering a sustainable, equitable, and beautiful world, together.
