Greg is the Regional Manager for the Eastern Michigan Market for DBI. Greg has extensive experience and management skills in the office products industry. His responsibility is to provide guidance, training and mentorship, creating sales plans, assigning sales territories and building their team. Prior to joining DBI in February 2019, he was the owner of Choice Office Products, a mid-Michigan office product and office furniture dealership.
As lead for sales development, Greg’s goal is to drive growth within the everchanging needs of the customer, and to understand the new ways customers are conducting their businesses. His responsibilities include, developing new service offerings, working with corporate teams, marketing, sales and distribution to ensure flawless execution.
Greg holds a degree in Business Administration from University of Michigan in Flint. Greg loves to golf, fish and follows all the sport teams in the great state of Michigan.

Julie has worked in the office supply and contract office furniture industry since 1990. As an Account Manager/Office Specialist she works with new and current customers to manage their office supply program and offers solutions to streamline process, product mix and reduce overall spend. She is very knowledgeable in everything office and with her customer-oriented approach yields positive results. She is very active in her local community chamber to continue to grow and develop professional relationships

John has been in the office products/office furniture industry for 20 years.
He is an account manager and is responsible for development of new business, client retention and office furniture space planning. John takes a consultative role with clients and enjoys working with them in a variety of areas, from everyday office products needs, to designing work areas that function well and are cost effective.
He is active in the local Chamber of Commerce, and in his free time enjoys spending time with family and coaches high school basketball.

Gary holds a Business/Accounting Bachelor's of Science Degree from Ferris State University, and has been in the office products and furniture industry since 1986.
Gary enjoys being a problem solver and assisting his customers by providing real solutions to improve the needs of their business, in the most cost effective way.
Married since 1977 with 2 daughters, Gary is a sprts enthusiast. He enjoys coaching both youth and adult programs, umpiring local and state softball tournaments and is an avid Univeristy of Michigan fan.

Dana has over 12 years of experience in office product sales and customer service.
As a customer service representative, she is responsible for assisting clients with the ordering process and answering questions as they arise. She accomplishes this with the support of the customer service team, purchasing, technical support and sales staff.
Dana understands the client’s need to have the right products to keep their office running smoothly and enjoys finding the best solution for her customers' office product needs.
Dana is a graduate of Saginaw Valley State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree.
She has past experience working in real estate and retail marketing, sales, and customer service.

in the late 70’s, when fax machines were the latest technology.
Kim's goal and focus is to provide great customer service; keeping clients happy.
She gets great satisfaction when she is able to resolve an issue to help her clients
succeed.
Kim enjoys spending time with our eight grandchildren as well as biking, boating,
gardening & cooking.

Chase Ballard joined DBI, in 2019, as a delivery and office furniture installer. He is also responsible for office products return processing. He accomplishes this with support and coordination with the customer service department, sales staffs and managers. Chase understands that quality and timely processes creates high customer service value to DBI’s clients.
Chase is a fourth generation office products employee that started with his great grandfather and is proud to be part of the DBI team. Chase previously was part of the Choice Office Products team that joined DBI in February 2019 that serviced the eastern Michigan markets.
On his personal time, Chase enjoys his hobby of creating music and DJs at local venues, kayaking and spending time in Northern Michigan.
Since taking on the purchasing of office supplies for our agency, DBI has been a great team to help me get orders done quickly, correctly and they are always available when I need help. Their quick response to any questions or concerns that come up is greatly appreciated. The follow through is fantastic and they have made my job easier.

DBI is pleasure to work with. I’ve worked with our sales rep Gary Simoneau for a long time which included several previous office supply company name changes. Gary has always supported us in all of our ordering needs, with quick follow-ups, and with just stopping by to say “Hello” with a smile. Online ordering is very easy, but when there is a rare online issue, a call to DBI support fixes any issue, and questions are answered in a friendly manner. Most often, delivery is the next day. Our regular delivery person Mark (whom I’ve also worked with for a long time) is always very efficient and friendly. DBI products are always high quality including the reasonably priced Universal brand products (we love their pens!). Overall, working with DBI is fabulous!
