To assist the client in communicating their employee culture and attract and retain talent, DBI created spaces to enhance employee interaction and wellness.
DBI partnered with the the law firm, Foster, Swift, Collins & Smith to bring their vision to life - converting a traditional law library into an adaptable, multi-purpose room that functions as a welcome center, training room and entertainment and event space.
DBI provided furniture and installation for the Grand Ledge Police Department and City Hall.

One of DBI's most gratifying and exciting projects, was being the furniture partner for Accident Fund's conversion of an idle powe plant on the shores of the Grand River in downtown Lansing, into its new, 185,000 sq ft, national headquarters.
DBI updated and refreshed The Cafe, a bustling hub for hospital staff and visitors. A new visual highlight of the space, is a custom designed photo mural over the salad bar, enchancing awareness of healthier food options.

DBI created collaborative spaces optimizing the campus' vistas. We incorporated end-users into the process by allowing them to select their own task seating options based on the criteria of their individual needs and preferences. The use of glass panels in the open space workstations maximized visiblity and assited in meeting LEED certification.
