Our priorities are basic needs, oral and overall health, and education initiatives in central Wisconsin. Special consideration is given to populations with special needs.

If you are a Wisconsin not-for-profit organization seeking support, whether through donations for programs and initiatives or event sponsorships that benefit the community, please review our community donation application guidelines and criteria below. All requests are reviewed throughout the year.

Request must serve a charitable program/event in Wisconsin benefiting Wisconsinites

We are committed to sharing our time, talent, and resources in Wisconsin. With a focus in Central Wisconsin where we are headquartered, we support initiatives that are inclusive and deliver broad community benefit.

Please note, we are unable to support the following types of requests:
Benefits/fundraisers for individuals, annual campaigns or general operating appeals, and solicitations for political or religious benefit.
To maximize our funding, we strive to reach various community initiatives across the state and cannot guarantee annual support of an event or program.
Eligibility
Applicant must be one of the following:
501(c)3 not-for-profit organization in Wisconsin
Native American tribal organization
Government agency
Public school affiliate
Logo use standards
If your organization receives funding from Delta Dental of Wisconsin and would like to use our logo in recognition of this support, our branding requirements and usage instructions must be followed. Instructions for using the logo will be included with donations awarded. Due to the time required for review, design proofs are requested well in advance of your event.
