Be Inclusive Hospitality has partnered with The Resolution Foundation, Ulster University, and the University of West London to produce four impactful industry reports.
These reports are based on over 4,000 anonymised insights and experiences collected from hospitality professionals across the UK, representing diverse backgrounds and career levels.

The Club Thrive - Grass to Glass Educational Day: For the second year in a row, Decanter will be supporting Be Inclusive Hospitality’s Club Thrive. The 1-day initiative will include a full-day immersion at Simpsons Wine Estate, including harvest, wine production, and tastings. Creating another opportunity to support the increasing diversity in Wine.
BIH Spotlight Awards: In 2024 we sponsored the writer of the year award, presented by Decanter Team member Annona Dodoo on the evening, with Regional Editor (Australia, New Zealand and South Africa) & Spirits Editor Julie Sheppard sitting on the review panel for the awards. Decanter is overjoyed to be able to support an Awards that highlights outstanding members of the food and drinks community.
