Each of the four Cobra DS-Adapt drivers is available at retail in stores and online at £469.
The new DS-Adapt range boasts some of the same proven technology as well as a never-seen-before FutureFit 33 adjustable hosel system that sees this new lineup of drivers become the most fittable heads on the market for golfers.
The Cobra DS-Adapt driver family boasts an impressive four heads, designed to suit golfers of differing abilities and those looking to improve performance through breakthrough technology.
I
Cobra has been making some of the fastest driver heads on the market for a few years now and that is largely due to H.O.T Face Technology. This large, forged face insert not only provides exceptional feel but also helps retain ball speeds on miss-hits, resulting in consistent distance from the tee.
Of course, there is then the new FutureFit33 hosel that works alongside Cobra’s SmartPad Technology to provide golfers with the most fittable driver on the market and a dream for club fitters and golfers who want to take the customization of their driver to another level. Before dialing in exact loft and lie combinations, you’ll need to find a head that suits your game the best…
How Cobra’s DS-Adapt Hosel
All four drivers in the range benefit from Progressive Aero shaping, which allows each of the heads to move at the quickest speed possible. Each head has been designed ever so slightly differently to allow specific player types to find a head that moves fastest for them. The reduction of drag on the clubhead results in faster clubhead speeds, faster ball speeds and ultimately longer drives.
Alongside the advanced aerodynamic design of the Cobra DS-Adapt drivers, they also all feature an internal adaptive weighting system, where Cobra’s signature PWR-Bridge Technology is specifically designed for each model. Depending on what model and even what loft you look at each head will have slightly different weight placement and shaping
to allow for the correct centre of gravity placement and in some cases the highest
possible MOI.
The Key Technology
f you’re in the market for a new driver that offers modern aesthetics and the
ground-breaking hosel technology, then you won’t need to look much further
than the Cobra DS-Adapt range.
Regarded as some of best drivers released in 2025, there are four new driver heads to choose from, meaning there truly is a model to suit everyone's game.
Customizing a driver setup has never been easier than with the Cobra DS-Adapt
range and the groundbreaking FutureFit33 hosel design
The Cobra DS-Adapt X is the model in the family that offers complete all-around performance and is designed to suit the widest range of golfers. The 460cc head offers a dual weighting system with ports situated behind the face and towards the rear to allow for the correct CG positioning and a combination of forgiveness and power.
In order to help create faster clubhead speeds for those golfers choosing the X driver, this model has been designed with a higher crown peak, raised aft and a lowered heel area. This streamlined design helps golfers create the speeds of the LS driver but in a more traditional head-shape.

The Models Available And Who They Are Aimed At...
The LS driver stands for low spin, making it perfect for higher swing-speed golfers who are looking to lower their flight and gain distance. The 455cc head is slightly smaller and more compact than the other models in the family and is a head that is favoured by the majority of Cobra touring professionals such as Max Homa.
This model boasts three weight ports on the sole, one towards the back of the head and two further forward to bring the CG closer to the face to lower the launch and dramatically reduce spin. The 9° LS head features a re-engineered PWE-Bridge weight that is curved and positioned behind the face for maximum ball speed retention. On the 10.5° head, the weight is moved towards the rear for increased stability in the compact head design that the LS offers.
Cobra DS-Adapt LS
The Max-D model is designed for those who suffer from a slice and want the most draw-bias driver in the range. A lot of weight is respositioned in this driver to be situated lower and towards the heel to increase the MOI and stability while still offering the slice correction those in this driver desire.
The lower weight helps promote an easy launch with this driver and to assist this even further, the Max-D is offered in both a 10.5° and 12° head.
Cobra DS-Adapt Max-D
The DS-Adapt Max K head was designed with one thing in mind - to be the most forgiving driver head in the lineup. This model achieves a combined 10k MOI thanks to a fixed back weight and internal back weight to drag the CG as far back and low as possible, offering complete stability.
Thanks to a streamlined perimeter face area, and H.O.T Face technology, the Max-K offers fast club and ball speeds in an ultra-forgiving head.
Cobra DS-Adapt Max-K
Cobra has introduced the FutureFit33 adjustable hosel into the who DS-Adapt driver family, making them the most fittable driver on the market. 33 different loft and lie settings can be achieved within a matter of seconds enabling both custom fitters and golfers the ability to influence the driver's ball flight almost immediately.
For anyone guessing the difference between the settings, Cobra ran a robot test, putting a driver in each of the settings from left to right on their fitting chart. The result - 16.5 yards in sideways dispersion and 25.2 yards when making weight adjustments. When changing the settings up and down on the chart, the R&D team saw the spin numbers change by 745 revolutions per minute (RPM’s) and 870 rpm’s with weight adjustments. This also saw the driver launching with a difference of 4° and just shy of 50ft difference in ball flight height.
While 33 settings sounds as though it would be overly complicated to understand which settings promote what ball-flight, each of the DS-Adapt drivers come with an etched in QR code on the hosel which, when scanned brings up the driver settings and provides the golfer with the information needed to make the desired changes to their driver setup. So whether you’re looking for more draw or fade, more height or less spin, the FutureFit33 adjustable hosel helps you achieve that more than any other driver on the market.
