Shipping & DeliveryWhen will my order be processed?Following your order confirmation, we will aim to dispatch your order the next working day.If your order has been confirmed and you have not received this tracking number within 48 hours, please contact our customer service team at help@wallpaper.com.How can I track my order?Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email where you will find a link to track your order.To check the status of your shipment just click on the link, here you will also have the option of opting in for text updates.Actual delivery dates cannot be guaranteed and are subject to circumstances beyond our control, including delays by courier, supply chain issues, weather, and other factors.What happens if I miss the delivery attempt? If you miss the delivery attempt, refer to your tracking link to organise another delivery attempt.What is a Pre-Order and how does it work?A pre-order is the reservation of an item that is not yet available for sale, but will be soon. An estimated release date is indicated for each pre-order item within the product page though pre-order dates may be subject to change. Once the item is shipped, tracking information is sent via email.Can I modify my shipping address?If you need to modify your shipping or delivery information after your order has been placed, please contact us within 30 minutes of receiving your order information. Please note, that while we will try our best to accommodate the request, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel or modify your order once it has been placed. Shipping information, including delivery address, cannot be modified once the order has already been shipped.Can I ship to different addresses in the same order?Unfortunately, at this time we can only ship to one address per order.Do you ship internationally? If so, which countries do you ship to?Yes, we ship internationally. Please select the country switcher dropdown to see which countries we ship to and select accordingly. Once you are in checkout, you will see local payment methods and calculations for any appropriate shipping, duties, taxes,and other customs fees. Please note that all orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to additional customs duties and taxes imposed by your local government. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping charges.We recommend checking with your local customs office for information on potential charges before placing your order.
What is your online return policy?If the content of your order arrives damaged, or is incorrect, please contact Customer Service as soon as possible. If you received a damaged item, please email us with your order number, a description of the damage and photos of the damage.You have a legal right to change your mind about your purchase and receive a refund of what you paid for it, excluding the delivery costs, provided it is in acceptable condition and in its original packaging. You have to return your product to us via a tracked delivery service at your own cost within 14 days of your telling us you have changed your mind.If you wish to return your order for any other reason, we will accept this and issue a refund of what you paid for it, excluding the shipping costs, provided you alert us to your decision within 14 days of us delivering the order. Please email us at help@wallpaper.com with your order number to begin the return process for an online order. You will be responsible for returning the product to us via a tracked delivery service at your own cost within 14 days of starting the returns process. Please note that items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, with all the original packaging.For purchases made in the UK, we will accept returns and support the standard delivery cost within 14 days. Are delivery charges refundable?Any original shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
