Frequently Asked Questions about the 2020

Stakeholders are required to schedule their in-person appointment during their shift time. If stakeholders

3. How do stakeholders schedule their appointment?
Open Enrollment scheduling will open on Monday, October 7. Visit www.signaturehealthcarebenefits.com or call (877) 901-1634. (M-F 9AM-6PM ET). Appointments fill up fast and there are early scheduling incentives this year! Please note - the phone line will not be available until Monday, October 7.

Benefits guides, including complete information on all benefit offerings, will arrive at the facilities prior to enrollment. Stakeholders will also need dependent information (DOB and SSN) for their appointment.

6. What can stakeholders expect during their appointment?
A licensed, non-commissioned Benefits Educator will educate them about benefit options and help them
choose plans that best fit their needs.
7. Will the stakeholders’ benefits be the same this year?
No. Signature HealthCARE has added new benefits and more options to fit your needs in 2020.
8. If stakeholders miss OE, when can they enroll again?
Outside of the October Open Enrollment period, stakeholders may only change coverage during the year
if they experience a Qualifying Life Event (QLE) such as marriage, divorce, birth of a child, adoption, placement for adoption, death, or loss of coverage. The change must be made within 31 days of the event. The change must also be consistent with the event.
9. When are these benefits effective?
