We will train your employees in many different areas of digital marketing strategy & tactics. Led by industry leading experts, they’ll leave with the confidence, skills, and resources to do their jobs better and improve your business productivity.
After successfully completing the course, attendees
will be awarded a formally recognised qualification in
Digital Marketing, accredited by the Institute of
Data & Marketing (IDM).

How do I apply?
To take advantage of this excellent opportunity, ask your employees to register here. The first 25 people to qualify for each cohort will get a place. The first Manchester cohort begins on 10 January, 2023
Does my employee need marketing experience?
Attendees will spend approximately one day a week over 12 weeks completing our marketing training programme. This is made up of a total of 66 hours of tutor-led learning and 32 hours of independent study.

What is involved in the Skills Bootcamp?
Business with less than 250 employees: cost to you or your employer is £215 (government pay £1,935)
Business with more than 250 employees: cost to you or your employer is £645 (government pay £1,505)
How much will it cost?
My employee doesn’t live in Manchester. Can they still take part in the Skills Bootcamp?
If your employee lives in or near the Greater Manchester region, including Bolton, Bury, Manchester, Oldham, Rochdale, Salford, Stockport, Tameside, Trafford, or Wigan, and can commute to Manchester for the in-person sessions, they can be part of the Skills Bootcamps.
Only a small amount of commuting is required as most of the learning will take place online.
As part of this programme, your employee will receive:
A 12-week digital marketing training certification delivered by the Institute of Data and Marketing
12 days of tutor-led learning, including 3 days of in person training in Manchester and 32 hours of independent study
The IDM’s Certificate in Digital Marketing Strategy, after successful completion of the course
The confidence, skills, and resources to deliver exceptional marketing campaigns for your business

Skills Bootcamps are funded through the Department of Education’s National Skills Fund, saving you on training costs and helping you boost growth and skyrocket productivity.
You’ll only pay 10% of the £2,150 total course cost, totalling £215 per employee – with the government funding the remaining 90% for businesses with less than 250 employees. For a larger organisation the government will contribute 70% of the £2,150 total course cost, so you’ll pay £645 per employee.
