Why limit stripes to the confines of your home when they are the perfect graphic contrast to the great outdoors. Perennials’ fabrics are made to brave the elements, so they can easily go from living room to patio. The cool tones in Campo Stripe’s Cosmico and Roadrunner Stripe’s Palo Verde colorways play off of spring’s bright blue skies, but will look just as good livening up your neutral sofa once fall rolls around.
While an inviting tablescape is an integral element to both dinner parties and happy hours, it’s important to have a foundation underneath that can withstand oil stains, red wine spills, and the occasional ketchup drips. For the perfect mix of style and substance, sew a runner with Perennials Serape Stripe in Palo Verde. The striking rainbow color scheme takes the pressure off a complicated centerpiece; a scattering of potted plants and some farmer’s market finds (in hues pulled from the pattern!) are all you need. And since the fabric is abrasion-proof for up to 5,000 double rubs and spill-resistant, it’ll keep party fouls to a minimum.
Life of
the Party
As those final patches of snow evaporate and fresh flowers bloom in
their place, Mother Nature is making one thing very clear: Spring is here. On the aesthetics front, we’re more than ready to follow suit by trading
in those winter blues for something brighter, bolder, and significantly more smile-inducing in our spaces. And it doesn’t have to take a lot of time and money, just a few stylish, smartly-made fabrics. The new Perennials by Far West collection is sunny, warm days in textile form.
Made in collaboration with Liz Lambert—the hotelier who has dreamt
up such Insta-worthy spaces as El Cosmico in Marfa and Hotel Saint Vincent in New Orleans, the Perennials collection draws inspiration from Lambert's love for the Southwest, to create five fresh takes on stripes in sunset hues. Stripes are about as classic as it gets, but thanks
to the kaleidoscopic color palettes and varying widths of the lines, Perennials by Far West’s collection feels anything but. That’s not even the best part: Perennials’ fabrics are also resistant to fading, spills, mold, and mildew thanks to its 100 percent solution-dyed acrylic, so it’s no wonder it’s been the leading upholstery brand since 1997.
With a collection as multifaceted as this one, it doesn’t take much to make an impact in your space. From throw pillows that can transition from inside to outside to scene-setting headboards and curtains,
check out the simple (but never basic!) ways we brought spring to a
New York City apartment—and how you can, too.
When your fabric choices are as durable as they are stylish, anything is possible
in your space.

Eye-catching stripes might seem too energetic for a serene setting like the bedroom, but we’re here to prove otherwise. To bridge the gap between subtle and statement, mix and match different motifs
in a similar palette of oranges, reds, and pinks. The warm shades of a curtain in Perennial’s Baja Stripe in Sol and a headboard upholstered in Roadrunner Stripe in Melon are what tie the varying patterns together. For the sweetest of dreams, break up all the lines with solid bed linens in the same color family.
