Could you imagine if a tour guide just gave you a map and dropped you off in the middle of a strange city, leaving you to basically fend for yourself? Once you paid for the tour, you got no advice, no context, no sense of what to explore or how to explore it.
Unhelpful guides don’t make sense for tourism; why would unhelpful support make sense for software? Say you just purchased a subscription to a powerful design tool that you and your colleagues (including your bosses) were now relying on to create dynamic, interactive content.

The metrics showed the reps exactly which parts of the experience prospects focused on most—where they clicked, where they hovered, where they dug deeper to learn more. If the client was especially interested in the budget or the timeline of a proposal, for example, the sales rep would know to prioritize those topics in their conversation.

Soon after subscribing to Ceros, Cheatham worked with Ceros’ in-house resources, the PROs team, to create a style guide for Applied Systems in the Ceros platform. It allowed her team to establish a repository of brand assets—necessary fonts, logos, colors, and imagery—directly in Ceros, without having to reference another document or import new files each time.
