Never include a photo of yourself on a resume. It doesn’t matter who you are. Plus you’re baring all this information - your phone number, email address, even your Etsy and Reddit accounts.

Your interests and extracurriculars should not use as much space as your career. Be clear about where you worked and what you did there. Don’t include your college logo. That’s just filler.

Are these all nice things his mom said about him?

Do you think everyone knows these are Adobe Icons?

There’s just too many layers and no clear hierarchy. I look at something that says “Fast learner” but you have not learned anything if you’ve given me this resume.

He doesn’t understand the first thing about typography. It’s kind of a golden rule of design: limit the number of typefaces you use. This is crazy. There’s probably like 27 fonts on there.

I don’t get the automobile theme. What’s that about? It seems very childish to me. Not what you want unless you’re trying to work at Toys 'R' Us.
