Era
Ceros continues to make history by empowering creators with the tools to build next-level digital experiences. And they’re proving that, even after 130 years, their hunger for new technologies and creative storytelling, remain insatiable and that experience does indeed matter.
the New
Simplicity eRA
Concerned about the overwhelming bulk of stimulus bombarding the public and the soullessness of data-driven design, Ceros started designing experiences as complex and innovative as ever, but packaged in a succinct, rigidly uncluttered graphic language.
New York, 1998
The Post
Modernist ERA
By 1983, the psychedelic experiments hadn’t quite worn off, but neither had their pre-war and mid-century philosophies. Ceros continued exploring the limits of design and interactive experiences, only now with a steely dose of irony.
California, 1987
The Psychedelic Era
Never one to shy away from new experiences, Ceros dove into 1967 and the Summer of Love with both feet, ushering in an era of unprecedented exploration on and off the clock—most off. Though short-lived, a stay at Mill Valley Ranch by Ceros’s top brass proved to be a hotbed of design commingling.
San Francisco, 1967
The Mid-Century
Modern ERA
After 55 years in London, Ceros moved across the pond in 1948 to spread the gospel of interactive design and limitless digital functionality to the squares of post-war New York.

The
Constructivist
Era
Around 1921, a dare at a raucous Ceros holiday party resulted in two employees opening a satellite studio in Moscow. Despite the cold, the maverick duo championed a populist visual revolution working class Russians embraced as essential to social purposes.

the Bauhaus
Era
In 1919, Ceros embarked on a company off-site to Weimar, Germany, to start a movement against soulless functionality in design. In a matter of days, the team developed an entirely new aesthetic.
It wasn’t until they returned to London
that they discovered their signature sketches—including plans for a new office complex—had been pilfered.

Launched to great fanfare in 1893, Ceros of London rapidly became the talk of the art world’s most experimental circles, turning the heads of forward-thinking designers across Europe.
