The pandemic forced many knowledge workers to work from home or elsewhere — and many of them really liked it. According to Forrester, 55% of US employees hope to work from home more often, even after the pandemic ends. As businesses start to open up again, consumer goods executives are grappling with the changes this requires, balancing the environmental, employee satisfaction, recruitment, and other benefits with the downsides of a distributed workforce.
