23 Years of Pioneering Community
Easton Town Center revolutionized retail real estate when its partners pioneered a new lifestyle center format. Instead of an enclosed fortress mall, Easton was envisioned as a true town center – nearly entirely open to the elements – that would be home to national retailers, local shops, dining and entertainment.
More than two decades later, Easton Town Center has done more than create a complex that has redefined the possibilities for open-air retail. We’re a $1 billion retail powerhouse that continues to grow, evolve and provide a home for the newest, most innovative retailers in the business.
Back in the Day ...And Today
When we held our star-studded opening in 1999, we were home to some of the top retail names of the day, in a format few had experienced. The names have changed but but Easton’s impact hasn’t.

Always New
“In the decades since, Easton has become the dominant project in Ohio – and the Midwest – to make a market debut. Notable brands recently launched in Ohio at Easton include RH Rooftop Restaurant, Tory Burch, GUCCI, Amazon Style, Aritzia, Ivan Kane’s Forty Deuce, Psycho Bunny, Nike, True Food Kitchen, Gilly Hicks, TravisMathew, and Parachute. Easton also founded the award-winning Shop/Lab program to allow digitally native brands to test physical retail, helping launch the retailers of tomorrow.

From Core To Community
Easton’s plan was to never remain static, aiming to grow and evolve as our community did. The addition of 4 hotels, 750 residential units, and 4.2 million square feet of Class A office space have created a neighborhood that’s alive 24/7.
Evolution & Expansion
Easton Town Center Grand Opening
Easton Town Center’s New District
IIn 2020, Easton opened a $500 million expansion, bringing new public gathering spaces, shops, office, dining, and entertainment venues. Anchored by an RH Gallery and Aloft Hotel, this expansion reflects the continuing demand from local and national firms that want to be part of a unique mixed-use environment.
The Results
Through these combined efforts and the support of our community, Easton has become of the most-visited sites in the Midwest and produces over $1 billion in annual sales.
