22 Years of Pioneering Community
Easton Town Center revolutionized retail real estate when its partners pioneered a new lifestyle center format. Instead of an enclosed fortress mall, Easton was envisioned as a true town center, nearly entirely open to the elements (yes, even in the Midwest), but home to many of the national retailers found in area malls, a variety of local shops, dining and entertainment.
More than two decades later, Easton Town Center has done more than create a complex that has redefined the possibilities for open-air retail. We’re a $1 billion retail powerhouse that continues to grow, evolve and provide a home for the newest, most innovative retailers in the business.
Back in the Day ...And Today
When we held our star-studded opening in 1999, we were home to some of the top retail names of the day, in a format few had experienced. The names have changed but the dominance hasn’t.

In the decades since, Easton Town Center has become THE center in the Ohio — and the Midwest — to make a market debut. Brands launched nationally or in Ohio at Easton include 7 For All Mankind, American Girl, AMC Dreamscape, LEGOLAND Discovery Center, Marine Layer, The Shade Store, Mitchell’s Ocean Club, Louis Vuitton, Tory Burch, Smith & Wollensky, Forbidden Root, Ivan Kane’s Forty Deuce Club & Café, LemonShark Poké & Makai Grill, RH Columbus: The Gallery at Easton Town Center, Fadó Irish Pub, True Food Kitchen and Slurping Turtle. We also founded the award-winning Shop/Lab program to help digitally native brands test physical retail in one of the most productive centers in the U.S., helping to launch the retailers of tomorrow.

From Core To Community
Easton’s plan was never to remain static, but to grow and evolve as our community did. As it turns out, that resulted in our becoming a community itself as we’ve added hotels and homes to create a neighborhood that’s alive 24/7.
Evolution & Expansion
Easton Town Center Grand Opening
Easton Town Center’s New District
In November of 2018, Easton announced a $500 million expansion, bringing new public gathering spaces, shops, dining, and entertainment venues anchored by RH Columbus, The Gallery at Easton Town Center and an Aloft Hotel. Located on 16 acres in Easton’s northeast quadrant, this expansion reflects the continuing demand from local and national firms that want to be part of our unique mixed-use environment. It also helps set the stage to establish Easton as a unique and exciting new residential community while also increasing office employment. Through these expansions, Easton cements its place as the best-in-class example of a live-work-play project in the nation.
That’s why we’re one of the rarest of retail centers, seeing $1 billion in annual sales, and one of the most-visited sites in Ohio, serving 16 nearby offices and their combined 30,000 employees during the day, as well as out-of-town visitors and residents who live on our property.
