Our treasured One Company Culture is supported by many news and knowledge sharing touchpoints, both in-person and virtual.
ENFORM – These are quarterly, firm-wide virtual meetings we use to communication our strategic direction and share exemplary projects and achievements from across the company from all service groups.
ENGAGE – Every year after the Vision Book drops, the top brass holds a series of ENgage sessions to collect feedback on the strategy. At about 10-15 people max, these sessions are your chance to have your say and be heard about Entuitive’s direction.
ENTOUCH –ENtouch sessions are our bi-monthly deep dives into a particular project at Entuitive. They’re a great way to stay informed about what your colleagues are working on.

Teams is our preferred collaboration platform, with chat and workshare capabilities, such as working on a document at the same time (how do you think we made this guide?). It can be difficult to determine what kinds of posts to share on social media – whether you’re sharing content on your personal account or sending something to Alison Wood/the MarComm team for sharing on the corporate account. This part of the guide helps to break down what to share and when.

We hope if you have an idea like this, you’ll share it with MarComm and work with one of us to turn it into an engaging blog piece. From there, we’ll post it on our blog, promote it on social media (all channels), in our newsletter, and even to journalists since most of these pieces end up being great PR opportunities.

Definitely share any awards you received or a project you (or Entuitive) worked on.
Again, the more information you can send to Alison Wood the better – details of the award, our role in the project, links and photos, etc.

Entuitive will not share news about clients – e.g., projects, award wins etc., on the corporate account.

(It’s also a good idea to ensure everyone featured in the photo is properly geared up in terms of safety standards, especially in our new COVID reality)

Your attendance at any conferences, trade shows, or industry events is a great way to show how our team is part of the larger AEC community.
