Quality Assurance Program

Entuitive’s Quality Assurance program provides all the tools our designers need to deliver great work. These tools include in-house design aids, templates for our analytical and BIM software, design manuals, and sample drawing libraries. Our QA program simplifies our Quality Control process too, allowing us to deliver the highest quality products to our clients in the most efficient manner.

Quality Control Process

Entuitive’s Quality Control committee oversees the firm’s technical quality management system across all sectors of work, including day-to-day procedures and project reviews. Our QC process comprises a rigorous set of peer reviews, as well as a lessons-learned component that ensures our team continually learns and develops. Together with our QA program, this process ensures that we deliver only the highest quality product to our clients.

Technical Enrichment Through Learning

To ensure our Engineers and Technologists remain current, we offer numerous training streams for continuous professional development. These include formal internal and external training, regular lunch and learn sessions that feature lessons learned from QC reviews and completed projects, or vendors demonstrating emerging technologies and materials, to attendance at lectures, conferences, and webinars. Many of our senior staff also sit on various code committees and industry councils to both influence industry trends and keep Entuitive on the cutting edge.

Ian Trudeau

ian.trudeau@entuitive.com +1 416 919 2885 Ian is based in Toronto, Canada and has 15 years of experience in the building and construction industry. He has had significant involvement in a variety of commercial, residential, institutional and educational buildings in the Canadian and Middle Eastern markets using BIM technologies, focusing especially on geometrically complex structures. At Entuitive, Ian leads the technologist group and the research and development committee. He also actively participates in technology initiatives and quality assurance/control activities, ensuring Entuitive’s building information models can be used by all project stakeholders.

She received her Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering from Queen’s University in 2010. Her experience includes management of small and large-scale projects, proposal, contract, and tender preparation, as well as the development and implementation of quality assurance policies. In her previous role, she was responsible for the design and evaluation of pedestrian bridges, highway bridges, and existing structures for uses beyond original intent.

Ian Washbrook

When managing and leading projects at Entuitive, Ian enjoys being involved from conceptual design through to construction. He is able to dive in and assist colleagues thanks to 17 years’ experience as a structural engineering consultant.

Sanja Bunčić

She excels at finding solutions to unusual challenges and providing well-considered, sophisticated designs. Her portfolio covers a broad range of projects including work on high end residences, cultural and institutional projects, public artwork and places, and challenging technical projects. She leads a number of major ongoing projects in the UK.

David Thompson

His career path initially led through architectural engineering and construction consultation, providing insight into how building envelope technology relates to both design and construction. David’s expertise has taken him to complex projects across a diverse range of climatic conditions in Canada, the United States, United Kingdom, Bermuda and the Middle East.

Tom Greenough

He has experience in both the design and analysis of commercial, institutional, residential, and industrial buildings, including several renovation projects. Tom has experience with various forms of project delivery – general tender, construction management, sequential tendering, and fast track. Tom is currently working on the adaptive reuse of the existing Knox College building at the University of Toronto to serve as the new home for the Daniels Faculty of Architecture, Landscape and Design and the Rideau Centre Redevelopment/Expansion in Ottawa.

Agha Hasan

agha.hasan@entuitive.com +1 437 999 6237 With over 35 years of experience, Agha is known for his innovative approach and technical expertise in the design and delivery of tall buildings and complex structures. Agha has successfully delivered projects across Canada, United States, United Kingdom, Middle East and China giving him considerable experience with Canadian, American, British and European design codes. He has a specialization in the planning, non-linear dynamic analysis and design of reinforced and pre-stressed concrete tall buildings under seismic and wind loads. Agha has authored numerous technical papers and is a regular contributor to technical journals and frequently speaks at conferences and seminars.
