Griffin Burk holds a B.S. in chemistry from Mississippi College and a Ph.D. in analytical chemistry from Mississippi State University. He joined Ergon in 2019 as a Research Chemist and is now a Senior Research Scientist on the Energy & Specialty Solutions Innovation Team. His work focuses on developing global product solutions and new applications. He is active in IEEE, CIGRE USNC, IEC TC10/TC14 USNC (MT Convenor) and ASTM.
Herman Vogel

Herman has over 36 years of experience in the field of power and distribution transformers, with companies including Thomson Electric and Areva, and with GE Energy Services as a subject-matter expert specializing in the design and manufacturing of advanced systems and technologies applicable to the monitoring and diagnostics of oil-filled power transformers and their components. He is an active member of the IEEE Standards Committee and a member of CIGRE, and he has co-authored several papers on monitoring and diagnostics.

Bhaba is a senior member of IEEE, a member of CIGRE NZ A2 and EngNZ, and an IEC Young Professional. He serves on the advisory board of the University of Canterbury’s Future Architecture of the Network (NZ) and is a frequent collaborator with the Australasian Transformer Innovation Centre (AU). He is also the Executive Editor for Transformers Magazine and has over 40 technical articles published. His areas of expertise include Digitalization & Condition Monitoring of Transformers, Condition Assessment & Life Extension Studies, and Research in Sustainable Transformer Designs. His prior work experience includes roles at Hitachi Energy Transformers (Singapore) and ETEL Transformers (Auckland).

Anthony is the Sales Manager, Southeast Asia, for the Vaisala Power Portfolio. Based in Kuala Lumpur, he works with utilities and industrial customers across the region on online transformer condition monitoring and measurement solutions. Anthony brings experience in sales, support, product management, and strategic account development from roles at Vaisala, Dynamic Ratings, Thermo Fisher Scientific, dataTaker, and National Instruments. He holds a degree in computer science and instrumentation from La Trobe University, Australia.
