Griffin Burk holds a B.S. in chemistry from Mississippi College and a Ph.D. in analytical chemistry from Mississippi State University. He joined Ergon in 2019 as a Research Chemist and is now a Senior Research Scientist on the Energy & Specialty Solutions Innovation Team. His work focuses on developing global product solutions and new applications. He is active in IEEE, CIGRE USNC, IEC TC10/TC14 USNC (MT Convenor) and ASTM.

Tyler Harris-Krull is Regional Operations Manager for TJ|H2b Analytical Services, leading North American operations. She oversees complex projects, client initiatives and technical consulting across multiple labs, combining scientific expertise with operational strategy. She holds a B.S. in cellular and molecular biology with a minor in chemistry from California State University, Chico. Tyler began her career in the lab and is a member of ASTM D27, contributing to industry standards.

Dr. Michelle Kutzleb is Vice President of Operations at TJ|H2b Analytical Services, overseeing laboratory operations, consulting, research and development and strategic initiatives. She holds a Ph.D. in analytical chemistry from the University of California, Davis, and specializes in diagnostic testing and fluid analysis for high-voltage equipment. She is active in ASTM, CIGRE, IEEE and NETA, contributing to industry standards and technical advancement.
Chris Rutledge
Senior Technical Applications Engineer
GE Vernova
Chris has over three decades of experience in the utility industry. He spent 27 years with Memphis Light, Gas and Water in substation maintenance, shop supervision and asset management roles, and served as Substation Safety Committee Chairman from 2017 to 2019. He later worked at Dynamic Ratings and joined GE Vernova in 2025 as a Senior Technical Applications Engineer. He has published papers on DGA analytics and circuit breaker monitoring.

Marcus has over two decades of experience with GE in roles including Application Engineer, Sales Director, North America and International Sales Leader, and now Global Sales Leader. He specializes in automation, monitoring and diagnostics, metering, software (EMS, GIS, DMS, OMS) and protection and control. He presents globally on asset performance, risk management and more. He also has eight years of experience with Westinghouse and Siemens in substation maintenance, including field service, sales and management roles.
