Griffin Burk holds a B.S. in chemistry from Mississippi College and a Ph.D. in analytical chemistry from Mississippi State University. He joined Ergon in 2019 as a Research Chemist and is now a Senior Research Scientist on the Energy & Specialty Solutions Innovation Team. His work focuses on developing global product solutions and new applications. He is active in IEEE, CIGRE USNC, IEC TC10/TC14 USNC (MT Convenor) and ASTM.

Herman has over 36 years of experience in the field of power and distribution transformers, with companies including Thomson Electric and Areva, and with GE Energy Services as a subject-matter expert specializing in the design and manufacturing of advanced systems and technologies applicable to the monitoring and diagnostics of oil-filled power transformers and their components. He is an active member of the IEEE Standards Committee and a member of CIGRE, and he has co-authored several papers on monitoring and diagnostics.

He also has eight years of experience with Westinghouse and Siemens in substation maintenance, including field service, sales and management roles.

Murray Alldritt, Sales Director for Reinhausen Asia-Pacific in Kuala Lumpur, has more than 25 years of experience in the power infrastructure industry. He holds a master’s in Business and Technology from the University of New South Wales, plus qualifications in Electrical Engineering and Management. Murray supports hyperscale data centers and renewable developers across Asia-Pacific, specializing in transformer technologies, voltage regulation, OLTCs and monitoring, while advising on infrastructure projects.

Christoph Zieglschmid is an energy executive with over 15 years of international experience in grid infrastructure, clean energy, and complex negotiations. He is CEO of Aspectus Engineering Services in Singapore, specializing in high- and extra-high-voltage testing for utilities, renewables, storage, and data centers across Asia-Pacific. Previously, he held senior roles at Maschinenfabrik Reinhausen, leading global service strategy, managing grid incidents, and working with major utilities, including State Grid China.
