The Founder
With over two decades of experience in the event world, Carmen Jones has mastered the art of creating unforgettable brand experiences. Her career began in finance, but it wasn’t long before she made the leap into marketing within the Wine & Spirits industry, where she led brand portfolios to dominate the top ranks in multiple cities. From there, she expanded her impact, leading successful programs in over 20 cities across the country.
Carmen’s magic lies in her ability to curate award-winning, buzz-worthy experiences for iconic brands like Moët Hennessy, Johnnie Walker, Time Warner, Absolut, Volkswagen, Lowe’s, and Panasonic. Her portfolio boasts a presence at prestigious events, , including NBA All-Star Weekend, NASCAR All-Star, Art Basel, the Super Bowl, Kentucky Derby, US Open, and Mobile World Congress.
In recent years, Carmen has led strategic planning, development and execution for some of ESSENCE® event franchises, including the ESSENCE Festival of Culture®, ESSENCE Beauty Carnival, ESSENCE Fashion House®, and Black Women in Hollywood®. Her leadership not only elevates brand partnerships but has also earned her recognition from top-tier press outlets like BizBash, Forbes, Event Marketer, Adweek, and CBS.
