Entering the entertainment industry can be daunting for Black creatives, with challenges such as layoffs, pay discrepancies, and limited visibility for Black talent in television and film. Under the continued Scene and Unseen theme from the 2025 Oscars Week Hollywood House, programming aims to inspire and empower attendees by uncovering the celebrated and untold narratives of Black excellence in Hollywood.

From voting rights, economic empowerment, and health equity to racial justice, education, and environmental advocacy we emphasize collective action and empower attendees to make a difference in their local communities and beyond.
