Drink more water, add fiber gradually, and do mild physical activity, such as walking.
Constipation

Stay hydrated and stick to bland foods (for example, bananas, rice, and toast) until things settle.
Diarrhea

Eat smaller portions and avoid overeating. Stop when you reach “comfortably full.”
Abdominal Pain or Cramping

Don’t lie down right after eating, and avoid large meals, especially late at night.
Acid Reflux/
Heartburn

Eat slowly and limit foods that trigger gas, such as beans, carbonated drinks, and fried foods.
