Stick to small portions of food, and be sure to stop when you feel full.
Abdominal Discomfort

For constipation, drink lots of water, and add fiber to your diet. Regular walking can help keep your digestive system moving, as well. Ask your doctor if medication is right for you.
For diarrhea, stay hydrated with water, and don’t overdo the fiber until you’re feeling better. Discuss any over-the-counter medications with your doctor.

and/or
Diarrhea

Make sure you’re eating often enough. If you have diabetes, check your blood sugar, because some people with diabetes experience low blood sugar while taking a GLP-1.
Dizziness

Chew your food well, and eat slowly. Limit carbonated beverages and anything else that’s causing gas, such as beans.
Gas and/or Bloating

Be sure you’re eating enough and drinking plenty of water. Ask your doctor if pain relief medication is safe for you to take, and notify them of severe or long-lasting headaches.
Headaches

Ensure you’re eating enough calories and protein to fuel your body. If you think the medication itself is causing you to be drowsy, ask your doctor if you can take it at night (remembering that it’s crucial to follow any important instructions, such as taking it on an empty stomach).
Lack of
Energy

Increase your protein intake. Velamala recommends eating 1 to 1.2 grams of protein per kilogram of body weight daily. Try strength training about two or three times per week.
Muscle Loss

Have small meals every three to four hours, instead of large ones spaced farther apart. Eat slowly and chew your food well. Peppermint or ginger tea can be helpful for some people. If the nausea is severe, ask your doctor about anti-nausea medication.
