Tim was named CEO of Extreme Reach in June 2018, after serving as President for eight months. As Chief Operations Officer, from the company's launch in 2008 to 2017, he oversaw operations in every market. Prior to co-founding Extreme Reach, Tim served as SVP of Third Screen Media (TSM), one of the earliest and largest mobile ad networks. He has a stellar 17-year track record of driving revenue and business growth in the advertising industry.

She was recognized for her outstanding work at Extreme Reach with a bronze Stevie International Business Award for HR Executive of the Year in 2018. Prior to joining Extreme Reach, Jennifer led recruitment, reward, recognition and succession planning for two different Omnicom-owned agencies as well as Plymouth Rock Assurance.

As the Chief Marketing Officer, Melinda spearheads all aspects of the company’s global marketing and communications in addition to driving market research, product development strategy and sales enablement. Melinda’s career spans the massive evolution of the ad industry over the last 25+ years, spending 15 years on the ad agency side and a decade at A+E Networks. Most recently she was the CMO of Tremor Video, a Video advertising technology company for brand marketing. The geek in Melinda sees a spectacular future for brand marketing as TV and Video advertising rapidly converge in a content everywhere world.

Jorge leads the global finance organization for Extreme Reach with a focus on financial strategy and planning. He is responsible for the worldwide accounting, financial reporting, treasury, tax planning and compliance, risk management and internal controls aspects of Extreme Reach. Jorge brings more than 18 years of experience providing financial, strategic and operational leadership to rapidly growing private and public companies, and has held finance and accounting roles of increasing responsibility and scope throughout his career, including roles at both Sapient Corporation and KPMG.

With over 20 years in advertising, Tim has worked on flagship campaigns for McDonald’s, Anheuser-Busch, Hallmark, Sears and Kraft Heinz. Tim founded Spotlight Business Affairs, Inc. in 2000, which was acquired by Extreme Reach in 2012.

With over 25 years of experience in systems architecture, application design and development leadership, Dan is known for developing transformative advertising technology solutions.

Gaurav was named Chief Operating Officer in 2021, having joined the company in 2018 as Corporate Development Officer. He has focused on developing and executing key strategic initiatives for Extreme Reach, fostering partnerships with industry players while also incubating and nurturing new growth opportunities. Gaurav previously spent 15 years in investment banking where he developed a passion for digital marketing in an always-evolving ecosystem. While working at Rockdale Partners and Berenson & Company, Gaurav served as an advisor to Extreme Reach and was fundamental to the success of the company’s acquisitions of both the TV Advertising business of Digital Generation in 2014 and Talent Partners in 2015.

As employee number 12, and one of the first sales representatives at Extreme Reach in 2009, Maegan has played an instrumental role in building a customer base that now includes the top 100 leading brands and their agencies. She has a deep understanding of the challenges facing brands and agencies today in managing an exploding array of creative assets. Maegan was named CRO in 2019 after a decade of sales leadership in both the central and western regions of the U.S. and then as national SVP. She leads the entire global AdBridge sales team, driving high value solutions for marketers and their creative and media agencies.

Katie was named Chief Product Officer at ER with the acquisition of Adstream, having led the Technology team through a significant digital transformation over nine years and serving as CTO since 2018. Prior to that, she was responsible for Marketing Technology at Nokia where she developed a deep understanding of advertising, brand, campaign management and the challenges facing marketing execs in ensuring efficient use of their investment. Katie is the 2019 winner of Women in IT’s CTO of the Year award and has spoken at a number of Technology events in the UK about digital transformation, the flexible workforce and Adstream’s partnership with AWS.

Daniel was named Chief Strategy Officer with ER’s acquisition of Adstream, where, as CEO, he had responsibility for all facets of the business. His proven executive management track record includes over 20 years of experience in the media and technology industry. Prior to being CEO, Daniel served for nine years as CFO, with responsibility for the company’s overall financial strategy and raising over $100M of capital that funded Adstream’s expansion from start-up to an industry leader with offices across all continents of the globe. Earlier, Daniel was at Sony Music, where he helped redefine the business to incorporate new revenue streams including digital and live performance.
