Brian joined Extreme Reach in April 2023, as the company’s first Chief Digital Officer. He is responsible for steering all aspects of ER’s next generation digital video solution and market position. Previously, Brian was GM and Head of Revenue for Freewheel Media / AudienceXpress, a Comcast company. His 20+ years of leadership experience in the media and technology space, also include The Walt Disney Company and AOL. Brian has built his career on empowering clients on both the buy- and sell-sides to maximize their linear and CTV advertising, as well as growing and leading high-performance teams across the ad tech ecosystem.

As Chief Marketing Officer of Extreme Reach, Melinda spearheads all aspects of the company’s global marketing and communications in addition to driving market research, product marketing, and sales marketing. She’s an award winning marketer whose career spans the evolution of the industry over the last 25+ years, spending 15 years on the ad agency side and a decade at A+E Networks. Prior to joining Extreme Reach, she was CMO of Tremor Video, a video advertising technology company for brand marketing. Melinda sees a spectacular future for brand marketing as TV and video advertising rapidly converge in a content everywhere world.

As General Counsel and Chief Privacy Officer, Stephen leads the Legal, Contracts, and Privacy teams at Extreme Reach, while also serving as Data Protection Officer. Stephen's tenure at ER began in 2014 with the acquisition of BrandAds, where he spent three years as General Counsel and was part of the founding team. His focus includes leading corporate strategic and tactical legal initiatives, managing the legal and contract function, litigation management, commercial real estate transactions, M&A matters, and employment legal issues. Stephen’s 20+ years of legal experience includes roles at Reed Smith and Oracle. He earned his JD at Stanford Law School, where he was both a Board Member and Editor of the Stanford Technology Law Review.

Daniel was named Chief Strategy Officer with Extreme Reach’s acquisition of Adstream in 2021. As CEO of Adstream, he had responsibility for all facets of the business. His proven executive management track record includes over 20 years of experience in the media and technology industry. Prior to being CEO, Daniel served for nine years as CFO, with responsibility for the company’s overall financial strategy and raising over $100M of capital that funded Adstream’s expansion from start-up to an industry leader with offices across all continents of the globe. Earlier, Daniel was at Sony Music, where he helped redefine the business to incorporate new revenue streams, including digital and live performance.

In 2000, Tim founded Spotlight Business Affairs, Inc., which was acquired by Extreme Reach in 2012.

Maegan was named Chief Revenue Officer in 2019 after a decade of sales leadership at Extreme Reach in both the central and western regions of the U.S. and then as national SVP. She joined the company in 2009 as employee number 12, and one of the company’s first sales representatives. Maegan has played an instrumental role in building a customer base that now includes the top 100 leading brands and their agencies. She has a deep understanding of the challenges facing brands and their agencies in managing the exploding array of creative assets required today for omnichannel campaigns. Maegan now leads ER sales, driving high value solutions for global marketers and their creative and media agencies.

Most recently he was the CFO of NielsenIQ (formerly known as Nielsen Connect), and a key member of the management team transforming the global company. Prior to that, Chandler was CFO of Tribune Media Company, where he spent 21 years. During that time, he also served as a member of the Board of Directors of two digital media companies, CareerBuilder and Classified Ventures (Cars.com and Apartments.com), and served on the Management Committee of two cable television networks, TV Food Network and The Cooking Channel.

While working at Rockdale Partners and Berenson & Company, Gaurav served as an advisor to Extreme Reach and was fundamental to the success of the company’s acquisitions of both the TV Advertising business of Digital Generation in 2014 and Talent Partners in 2015.

Brian Radin joins XR Extreme Reach from FleetCor (NYSE: FLT), a global payments technology company, were he built the Comdata Prepaid software business and served as its President. Prior to joining FleetCor, he was President of CloudPay, a next generation payroll solution for multinational businesses with complex global payroll requirements. Brian is an accomplished human capital management executive, bringing more than two decades of leadership experience and a track record of enhancing results for multiple leading organizations. Brian has founded four start-ups including a global payroll software company, a Professional Employer Organization and an employment and income technology platform as well as senior leadership roles with Comcast, Booz & Co., ADP and Aon Hewitt. He holds an MBA from the Wharton School, an MS from the Newhouse School at Syracuse University and a BA from the University of Pennsylvania.

He has spearheaded Private Equity carve-outs, multinational mergers and acquisitions, and provided strategic counsel on critical areas including cybersecurity, privacy, labor & employment, intellectual property, and corporate governance. Most recently, Eric was the Chief Legal Officer at Vialto Partners, a carve-out of PwC's Global Mobility practice, where he built their first legal team from scratch. Prior to Vialto, Eric spent more than 20 years at Nielsen where he was right in the middle of the media and advertising ecosystem, holding a variety of legal roles in the United States, China, and Australia.

While at Interpublic Group, Simon also held roles as the CEO of McCann Worldgroup Canada, responsible for 5 agencies across Toronto, Montreal and Calgary. He also held roles as the Chief Client and Chief Operations Officer for Craft as well as Managing Partner at McCann London, responsible for the delivery of integrated communications solutions for key client relationships.
Before joining Craft and McCann, Simon was the Marketing Director of a British multichanne linformation technology company and worked at various integrated communications agencies in both the UK and Canada including Delaney Lund Knox Warren (London), Bryant Fulton & Shee (Vancouver) and Marshall Fenn Communications (Toronto). Simon applies his international experience across disciplines to create innovative communications models that resonate and travel across borders and media channels.
