1974
Developed the first institutional-only money market fund and one of the first municipal bond funds.
1976
Launched the industry’s first online order-entry system for purchasing and redeeming fund shares.
1980
Became first U.S. company with registered money market funds approved for distribution to the European community.
1991
Introduced FedPorts, our proprietary portfolio management, trading and inquiry/reporting application.
1993
Offered one of the most diverse selections of state-specific money market funds.
1998
Instrumental in designing the AMLF, a Fed facility that provided liquidity during the global financial crisis.
2008
Helped facilitate the expansion of the FICC Sponsored Repo Program to enhance liquidity management by broadening the market’s cleared reverse repurchase options.
2015/2017
Implemented a unique “fund of funds” structure to better serve prime liquidity clients following SEC reform.
2017
Supported efforts to expand new Federal Reserve facilities to include variable-rate demand notes.
2020
Deborah Cunningham, CIO for global liquidity, named one of Barron’s 100 Most Influential Women in U.S. Finance.
