The Responsible Investing Office (RIO) serves as a centralized division working with all Federated Hermes investment teams to customize a strategy-specific ESG integration roadmap for every fundamental process, across all asset classes. RIO manages the Federated Hermes ESG Hub which houses our proprietary ESG toolkit, including company-level and portfolio-level data analytics and one of the largest corporate engagement databases in the industry.
