What is the advantage to sending accounts to CCS via the FICO-Temenos connector?
Having the connector in place means that organizations using Temenos to collect debt can easily use the omnichannel communications that FICO CCS offers. The connector makes set-up fast and easy. The automation CCS provides means decreased cost, higher contact rates and more efficient collection.
What does it cost to use the FICO-Temenos connector to gain these communication capabilities?
Pricing is determined on a client-by-client basis. It includes minimal implementation costs and a monthly fee based on transaction volume. This is typically a fraction of the cost of an FTE. The need for IT assistance is quite low: you’ll likely need help sending data, but that’s the extent of it. No major or capital expenditure is required.
What is the ROI on CCS?
Our customers find the CCS ROI to be substantial. In short, it’s an increase in debt collection and a decrease in cost to collect. For many customers, this is seen in a reduction in headcount. What are the technical requirements for integrating with FICO CCS?
You’ll need Temenos Infinity, version 20.0 and you’ll be asked to set up FTP access to the FICO CCS web server. If you prefer, a network connection can be used instead.
