What
FICS delivers timely, relevant content to educate users and keep them updated on trends in the markets, investing, retirement and personal finance. The objective, 3rd-party content is hand-selected and packaged to be helpful and engaging to users.
In addition to articles, videos, infographics and quizzes from the New York Times, The Wall Street Journal and other publishers, FICS provides current news feeds, and occasionally selects Fidelity Viewpoints® content to offer insights from the firm's investment strategists, economists, and analysts.

The FICS team shares this community's goal of competing to deliver world-class digital content experiences to users.
How
FICS uses various programming and data analysis tools to build a customer-focused digital content experience. With engagement analytics from Adobe, Ceros and other partners, we monitor how content performs and whether it’s helpful to customers.
What’s more, FICS can help business partners at Fidelity deliver the best, most relevant content for their audience and package it so it gets noticed.
Why
With the markets more complex than ever, the FICS team provides users with the information they need, when they need it, to help them make the most of their money. Providing objective, engaging content aimed at helping customers – rather than marketing product or service – is what sets FICS apart and helps differentiate Fidelity from the competition.
