Topping up a payment account
Your customer has logged into Smart Store, but they need to top up their wallet to continue online shopping.
Click “top-up payment account”
In the Smart Store app
EMPOWERING EXPERIENCES
Within the Smart Store flow, your customer selects a top-up amount.
Choose €20 and click “confirm and continue”
Review the payment
Next, the customer gets a summary of their payment details.
Click “Continue” to consent
In the open banking flow
Choose a bank
The customer is provided with a list of all the banks available to connect an account with. If their preferred bank is not shown, they can search for it.
Click “Simulator Bank” to continue
Bank login
The customer is now redirected to their selected bank. They simply log in with the SCA method provided and they're ready to connect their account(s).

In the Simulator Bank app
Choose account
The customer can see an overview of their account balances and choose the account they want to top-up from and confirm a successful payment. They’re directed back to the Smart Store app and can continue online shopping with a topped-up account.
Choose “Current Account” and confirm payment
Success
The payment gets sent to Smart Store and the customer can exit the Open Banking flow.
