Disburse Pay
Disburse Pay makes it easy for corporate customers to electronically distribute disbursement payments to almost any recipient with a U.S. bank account.
In this demo, we will show you how Disburse Pay works. Jeffrey Day won the Academic Achievement award and the sum of $101.00 for best performance in the semester from Rose Hill University.

Jeffrey enters his Student ID number of 12345 and clicks “Continue”. Validation is performed which allows him to access multiple claim options to receive his cash award.

Jeffrey is asked to verify his identity by confirming a "shared secret" with the University.
In this use case the shared secret is his Student ID number.
(In other use cases, it could be a Claim ID, Account Number, etc.)

Once Jeffrey’s identity has been successfully verified, he can select the claim option of his choice. Claim options can be enabled or disabled at the Financial Institution or Disbursing Business level. Additional claim options will be available through future releases.
Claim Options
Provide routing number, account number and account type (checking or savings). Incorrect routing numbers will present an error and valid routing numbers will display the bank name.
Claiming via Bank Account
Provide card information, including card number, CVV, expiration date and billing zip code. Validations occur when the recipient tries to proceed to the next screen. An error will appear if there are issues with the information entered.
Claiming via Debit Card
Provide Zelle token (either email or phone number). This field will pre-populate to the value that the notification was sent to and can be edited if necessary. If the Zelle token is not recognized, either verify the Zelle token entered or enroll separately in Zelle (if applicable) before proceeding with this claim option.
