Please reference FIS’ 2023 Goals, Objectives and Key Results often as a touchstone when talking to your teams about your organization’s progress against goals in Q2 and throughout the year. FIS’ Leadership Team has developed and communicated 2023 goals for their respective organizations. As of May 1, your teams should have entered their 2023 goals in Workday, aligned to FIS’ and your organization’s goals (according to our Performance365 process).
