The Collective Mission
We have assembled a collective of talented industry leaders in the real estate, construction, and design communities to affect one non-profits office environment per year. We saw a need in the market to support non-profit organizations because they give the most back to our communities and the causes that affect us so deeply. We recognized that because non-profits work so hard to support their cause, they often lack the resources to support themselves and their employees in the capacity they deserve. We aim to fix that one non-profit at a time.
Crescent Cove
Mission
Crescent Cove offers care and support to children and young adults with a shortened life-expectancy, and their families who love them.
The Crescent Cove Respite & Hospice Home for Kids is a vibrant and joyful home-away-from home for kids with life-threatening conditions, where each moment is embraced and celebrated. All services and stays provided at Crescent Cove to kids and families are at no out-of-pocket cost thanks to the generosity of donors who make this possible.
Current Project
The Collective is working to convert a garage, currently used for storage, into a transformative office space for Crescent Cove. By transforming it into a state of the art office that will not only benefit the employees but also improve the connectivity to the community, it will also serve as the new entrance for volunteers. A Transformative Office Space
The Collective and a group of generous supporting members completed Crescent Coves new office in the spring of 2021. With over $120,000 donated towards this project, Crescent Cove now has a state of the art office that can support themselves, resources, employees, and their mission in the capacity that they deserve.
