Senior Vice President, Enterprise Corporate & Sports Partnerships, American Cancer Society
Partnerships are a cornerstone of our ongoing commitment to lead the fight against cancer. By collaborating with organizations across industries, we can gain access to new resources, audiences and innovative ideas. Partnerships also amplify our efforts by expanding our reach, driving awareness and funding critical programs. Working with corporate partners has allowed us to bring lifesaving education and services to underserved communities, accelerate cancer research and enhance patient support services. We can directly track declines in the overall cancer death rate to investments in advocacy, research and direct patient support.

Every one of our partnerships begins with a deep understanding of that partner’s values, goals and priorities, allowing us to align our mission with their unique objectives. This could mean co-creating campaigns that highlight prevention and wellness, sponsoring specific research initiatives or activating employee engagement programs. For example, we recently partnered with a leading fitness brand to launch a national awareness campaign promoting healthy lifestyles that can reduce cancer risk.
