n an emerging technology hub outside Phoenix, multinational software company Comarch continues to expand its North American footprint with its latest IT infrastructure innovation: the data center of the future.
Sprawling across more than 32,000 square feet, the data center is both a vault of information and a foundation for hosting cloud computing architectures, systems and applications. The Comarch owned-and-operated facility is the culmination of a
$26 million investment as the company broadens its global reach that currently spans 92 offices across four continents.
This is a decisive next step in Comarch’s decades-long trajectory, which began in 1993 when the company was founded by an IT professor—Professor Janusz Filipiak, still active as CEO today—and started designing and developing software for financial services, telecommunications and services sectors across Europe. However, Comarch is no stranger to the US market; it’s cemented itself as a leader in the customer experience and loyalty marketing space since the early 2000s, designing and powering loyalty and rewards programs for some of the largest brands in the nation.
“Investment in data center facilities is an important element of our business strategy,” says Jeremiasz Filipiak, Comarch’s Director of Research and Development who oversees all operations for the Americas. “Since the Comarch brand is globally recognized in the area of our software products, we also aim to develop the IT infrastructure services on the local markets.”
Comarch’s expansion means any enterprise can now benefit from more comprehensive IT solutions with advanced system integrations. Its single-source data center infrastructure, managed services and applications also offer advantages of vertical integration and negotiation at scale.
“By directly owning and operating our own infrastructure, we can shape the commercial model to offer full stack services and pass the cost savings to our customers,” Filipiak explains.
Below, interactively explore the data center’s special features, which were designed to change how companies secure critical information, improve performance, access industry experts and streamline their data and operations.
