The race is on to deploy artificial intelligence within the world’s largest companies, but most organizations have only left the starting blocks.
In fact, when ServiceNow surveyed more than 4,400 executives this year and assigned them an AI maturity grade on a zero-to-100 scale, the average was a measly 44.
However, 1 in 6 respondents scored higher than 50, and these pacesetters tend to possess similar traits—qualities that ServiceNow sees as best practices for putting AI to work for people.
