These forums, plus community-focused activities, provide coaches who show colleagues how to prepare dashboards, a newsletter, a digital platform for community forum discussion and data visualization challenges for an annual competition. This connects people with similar passion from different parts of the company and builds stronger relationships that carry into daily work.
