* On Feb 26, 2025, the Company announced that it has entered into an agreement to acquire a 50% ownership stake in IAG Engine Center Europe (“IAG Engine Center”), a 200,000 square-foot engine maintenance repair and overhaul facility located at the Rome Fiumicino Airport, forming a joint venture which will be rebranded “QuickTurn Europe”. The transaction is expected to close in the first half of 2025, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions. There can be no assurances that the transaction will close on the expected timeline or at all.
