Access Resolve in one of two ways: user interface via Servicing Gateway or B2B integration/API.
Access Servicing Gateway to log into Resolve.
Resolve is a loss mitigation tool accessible from Servicing Gateway.
When available, you'll be able to select Retention or Liquidation, enter borrower data points and submit for a workout decision.
Resolve has a rules and model-based decision engine that validates the data you submitted and returns a decision, supporting data and/or data validation messages.
A decision and supporting data returns in the user interface.
Servicers integrate by connecting and building to Resolve application programming interfaces (APIs) using the Developer Portal.
Resolve APIs act as a messenger to send and receive data between two applications (the Servicer's default management platform and Resolve).
Upload single or bulk files of borrower data and send to Resolve.
The API returns workout decision(s) and supporting data/ rationale to a Servicer's default management tool (proprietary or technology provider platform).
Ineligible workouts are routed for exception reviews.

Whether in the user interface or leveraging an API, you’ll be able to submit less borrower data points and receive real-time decisions on workout options that keeps the borrower in their home or allows them to exit gracefully. Resolve APIs speed up mortgage resolution because it’s a direct connection that integrates with your existing default management system.
Resolve does the work for you when assessing eligibility for loss mitigation solutions in a single engagement. By leveraging rules and models driven by our Single-Family Seller/Servicer Guide policies, this integrated decisioning eliminates the need to go elsewhere to report and settle.

Ineligible workout decisions are routed to exception reviews
No workout option slips through the cracks. When a workout option cannot be determined, an exception request will route into the Decision Insights dashboard within the Resolve user interface. In the dashboard you can review the status, respond with additional information and resolve the exception requests.
All-in-one decisioning determines the eligible workout option(s)
Resolve full decisioning power will assess all available workout options and return a hierarchy for eligible workouts, in seconds.

Ultimately, the user interface will be fully integrated with default reporting, offering transparency into decisions and actions triggered by reported default statuses.
