Successfully set up your organization and
users and start using the tools.
Set up your organization in Access Manager (required) to provide user access and profiles for any of the Total MI tools as they become available. An authorized contact at your organization can begin the process by submitting the Get Started form.
Once the form is received, a Freddie Mac representative will contact you within two business days to assist you in completing the Freddie Mac Access Manager Registration Form and other steps for managing user access to Freddie Mac tools.

Freddie Mac will contact mortgage insurers to initiate the setup process for tool access.

Build towards B2B connectivity for direct access to Total MI data. Learn about the Total MI APIs and start the process to request credentials for the Developer Portal. Once you have credentials, you’ll find all the documentation and tools necessary to build, connect, test and go to production.
