Easy + Secure Access
Affected customers are provided a general access link that designated contacts from their organization can use to securely access the portal.
Individual + Regulator Notice Forms
Within the portal, affected customers provide decisions regarding individual and regulator notifications, tracked for counsel and client review.
Secure Data Report Sharing
Unique data reports are uploaded to the portal for affected customer access and review. Reports are encrypted, and can be downloaded from the portal for offline viewing and updating.
Data Report Address Validation
Affected customers review, edit and add contact information for individuals on their data report before submitting for notification. Report updates can be made within the portal or offline leveraging the bulk update feature.
Support & Resources
Affected customers can view frequently asked questions, request further information and seek support directly from the portal through the discussion board and meeting request features.

He has led large-scale business-to-business notification efforts across a wide range of industries and company sizes. His work spans the full operational lifecycle of notification, from coordinating the distribution of data reports to impacted organizations and managing the collection of opt-in information to gathering updated mailing addresses so that individual-level notice can be carried out accurately and completely.

Allie Bohan has worked many of the firm’s largest incident response matters, including those involving multi-jurisdictional notifications to thousands of data owners.
As one of the team’s earliest members, she has supported over a hundred clients across industries in their response to and management of cybersecurity incidents, including nation-state attacks, advanced persistent threats, major double-extortion ransomware attacks, supply chain compromise, incidents involving major operational disruptions and breaches of PII, PHI and sensitive business information. She has also led the response to a number of complex, multi-jurisdictional legal notification processes for several global B2B organizations disclosing a data breach. In 2024, Allie completed her Masters in Strategy, Cybersecurity & Intelligence from Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies, where she focused her thesis research on how failed states employ offensive cybersecurity operations to support and fund their regimes.
