What’s the food like?
Delicious and consistent. Peacock is the showstopper—think lamb chops, dumplings, and short rib hummus that might ruin you for other hummus. La Piscina is your daytime go-to: vibrant, poolside Tex-Mex with inventive cocktails and relaxed-but-cool energy.
Did you get a good night’s sleep?
Better than good. The automatic blackout curtains are truly blackout (we had no idea what time it was), and the plush bedding feels custom-made for hibernation. Bonus: Housekeeping was impeccable—tidy, discreet, and full of small, thoughtful details.
What amenities are available?
A rooftop pool with panoramic views and private cabanas. A chic, full-service spa offering custom treatments like lymphatic drainage and Gua Sha facials. A 24/7 gym with Pelotons, Woodway treadmills and Technogym equipment. Oh, and cocktails—really good ones.

Flawless. From the valet to the front desk to the in-room service, everyone we interacted with was warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful. You’ll feel taken care of from the moment you arrive.

Two shimmering outdoor pools offer opportunities for relaxation and activity—one is a heated infinity pool with a view of Lake Garda while the other is a stand-alone pool kept at cooler temperatures to encourage laps and other exercise.
Yoga, meditation and breathwork sessions can all be add-ons. Outside of the hotel, you can take a hike or e-bike along the hills, go sailing on the lake or take an excursion on a Vespa or Fiat 500 down Torri del Benaco.
Top-notch: The service was beyond what you’d expect from a five-star hotel. From the around-the-clock concierge that can help you book those hard-to-get reservations and private tours to 24-hour laundry/drycleaning and in-room dining, the Four Seasons is known ‘round the world for their attention to detail. Expect twice-daily housekeeping, free water in-room and nightly turndown service (complete with slippers and a mat to wipe your feet placed next to the bed).
